The most commonly used are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc. working principle: The solenoid valve has a closed cavity with through holes at different positions, and each hole is connected to a different oil pipe. There is a piston in the middle of the cavity and two electromagnets on either side. Which side of the energized solenoid will attract the valve body to which side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil drain holes will be opened or closed, while the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then push the piston of the oil cylinder through the pressure of the oil, thereby driving the piston rod, The piston rod drives the mechanism. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current to the electromagnet. NOTE: INSTALLATION: 1. During installation, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install where there is direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards; 2. The solenoid valve should be guaranteed to work normally within the fluctuation range of 15%-10% of the rated voltage of the power supply; 3. After the solenoid valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. It needs to be powered on several times to make it hot before it can be officially put into use; 4. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned. The introduced medium should be free of impurities. a filter installed on the valve; 5. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to ensure the continuous operation of the system.
